Beautiful Butterfly

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your wonderful comments I truly appreciate them and you taking your time to visit my blog and all your kind wishes about Millie-Rose:) Today's card is for my DT over at Craft Mojo, where the challenge this month is easy! 'Anything Goes'. So I thought I would try and brighten these miserable dreary days with a bright butterfly card. I haven't used my pan pastels for ages so out they come and I had a good play LOL. It's a bit nippy here today, 'his lordship' had a quickish walk today because to be honest I just wanted to get back home! Hope everyone is staying warm and keeping well. Would like to send out lots of huggles to a blogging friend Redanne and hope she gets well very soon. Anyway I'm off to do some pottering, why not pop over HERE! and join in the fun and see the other DT makes at Craft Mojo and of course a chance to win a prize!!! TFL and huggles everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sue, this was indeed a bright & cheery card, and since it was gloomy 'round here today, it was a welcome card to see rolling up on the monitor. Loved the rainbow effect on your background embossing, and you've got those pans blended beautifully. I'm trying to learn to use pans, and I'm not that great at blending (yet!). Loved how you did on your card and the perky little butterfly was the perfect touch, with his tiny pearl trim. TFS & Hugs

Great background and colors and the butterfly is perfect for those colors. Bright and cheery and not too heavy-which if you're going to fly, you don't want to be.
